SHIPPING & RETURNS
We work with an international fulfilment company with facilities worldwide so depending on where you are located, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.
In the interests of keeping our product prices as low as possible there are no added charges built into our product prices to cover variable shipping rates. To do so we feel would inconvenience some customers depending on where they are located. So instead a small flat rate fee will be added to your order upon checkout to cover the shipping of your items to your chosen location.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind or a wrong size being ordered, but if there is something wrong with the quality of your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of our supplier are covered at our expense.
Refunds are only offered to customers in certain circumstances that receive wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong or damaged items and we will sort that out for you.
In cases where customers provide an address that is considered insufficient by shipping services or go unclaimed, the parcel may be returned to our fulfilment facility and the customer would be liable for the relevant reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore Askari Wild reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
